Tasting Notes: The aromatics of tarragon, jasmine, and sweet tobacco open into a full, creamy body and a soft watermelon acidity. Lush notes of butterscotch, molasses, hazelnut, and allspice linger into the long, buttery finish.

Location: The Lintong and Dolok Sanggul regions near South Lake Toba in Sumatra, the highest coffee-growing altitudes in North Sumatra.

The coffee beans are sourced directly from small farmers in weekly village markets. The collectors wet hull the coffee at 28-32% moisture and then dry it in greenhouses.

At 11-12% moisture, the coffee is sent for hand sorting. Given the exceptional quality of these coffees, each lot is processed separately as micro-lots.
